Warm Weather Means More Stress on Drive Train Parts

Hi guys,

With warmer weather comes more wear and tear on your vehicle's components. As the outside air temperature heats up, grease becomes thin and loses much of its ability to protect your drive shaft, u-joints, and other parts from undue damage. At ProShaft, we want to keep your vehicle on the road. If it's been a while since your last maintenance, take your vehicle in to your favorite mechanic and have them do a full inspection and lubrication. Have them especially check your drive shaft. Old, thin grease means that the needle bearings inside your u-joints and constant velocity components will wear out quickly. If your drive shaft is already experiencing problems, feel free to give us a call and we'll work to diagnose your problems over the phone. If needed, we offer an extensive line of replacement drive shafts at a fraction of the cost you'd expect to pay at the dealership or our competitors. Remember, be safe and have fun out there and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
